About Me

My name is Aurora and I am a Master Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Yoga Instructor. I did my training at the Australian Institute of Fitness and my Diploma of Yoga at Western Wellness Point Cook. I have had over 10 years experience in the Fitness Industry. I offer unique Yoga, Pilates and exercise classes that work on posture and injury prevention as well as strength and flexibility and to build the body, calm the mind and de stress from everyday life. My personal training focuses on teaching and helping people to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term easily and efficiently. My goal is to help people with my passion and knowledge for fitness and yoga and achieve the best outcome possible for them to live a long, healthy and happy life.

Classes will be capped at 10 participants and will run for 1 hour so it is mandatory to book online from my website. No walk ins accepted. Please bring your own mats, towels and water.
