HIIT / Yoga

9:30am – 10:30am
Two classes in one-

30 minutes of HIIT that is a series of short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low intensity recovery periods following

30 minutes of Yoga which is a combination of Yoga flow and strength as well as building flexibility. Quite intense but both classes great for all ages and levels.
Class duration – 1 hour

Pilates

9:30am – 10:15am
Functional and Standing Pilates – A combination of pilates exercises working the core and back as well as the whole body with the use of the Mat, Swiss Ball and Pilates Ring and Pilates Ball. Great for all ages and levels.
Class duration – 45 min

Yoga / Pilates

6:00pm – 7:00pm
Hatha/Vinyasa – A combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates that builds strength, flexibility and core strength while bringing calmness into the body through breath. Great for all ages and levels.
Class duration – 1 hour

Active Ageing

9:30am – 10:30am
A combination of exercises to improve strength, mobility and fitness, your functional capacity, promote independence and enhance quality of life. Great for seniors and younger.
Class duration – 1 hour
